I’ve known Joe for over thirty years; as a public servant, an employee, a fellow parishioner and a friend. He is known for his honesty, his compassion and his commitment to his chosen profession. I had the opportunity to recommended him for position as safety director for a large corporation and later he served in that capacity for me. I did not regret that decision. Joe does what he says he will do and he is truthful to a fault. I fully support him in his candidacy for the position of constable.
